At the United Nations Foundation, Carolyn manages the mHealth portfolio, including the ICT for Saving One Million Lives initiative in Nigeria and the Every Woman, Every Child Innovation Working Group Catalytic mHealth Grants program. These programs identify opportunities to leverage technology for integration into health systems to ensure access, affordability and provision of health services to low income populations. Carolyn has also worked at the World Bank, US Agency for International Development, Inter-American Development Bank, a women's health NGO in Delhi (Breakthrough), and as a Fulbright grantee in Jeonju, South Korea. She has an MA in international development from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA from Tufts University.
