To accommodate rapidly changing technology, successful organizations must rethink their internal education structures. In the case of development, global organizations should look to the creation of digital content and online courses as one method for continuous learning. In this session, I will share lessons learned from four years of online learning for development, including how to best reach adult learners in an effective, affordable, and appropriate format. Examples will be drawn from partner projects in Uganda, Pakistan, and E. Europe.
