Limited Capacity seats available

CRS country programs in East Africa region have been using various ICT4D solutions to strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Accountability (MEAL) in both development projects and emergency responses since last four years. Application of ICT4D solutions varies from data collection for baseline, annual and final evaluation beneficiary surveys, routine program monitoring data collection and generating reports for periodic progress and annual results reports, and to gather beneficiary feedback on quality and quantity of service and product deliveries. Successes of these applications and use of data generated for internal program management decisions and donor reporting primarily depends on the implementation context; human resources and technical capacity of CRS and implementing partners; and financial resources availability. This presentation aims to share experiential learning regarding successes, challenges and operationally feasible solutions for applying ICT4D solutions at scale in wide range of complex implementation context.
