This session will provide a brief introduction to the Organizational Guide to ICT4D – a source of practical guidance for building organizational capacity in ICT4D. It will focus specifically on the roles of leaders in capacity building programs from understanding the impact of technology on relief and development work and communicating a vision for the future, to establishing the structures and processes needed to build commitment to that future and undertake the transformation need to achieve it.
