IRC has grown the number of ICT4D officers in the region from 1 to 13 in a year; we have implemented electronic data collection through to automated reporting for many of our programs; we have had to deal with change management due to staff turnover and funding issues throughout; and we have developed several bespoke, innovative applications, one of which (a Commodity Tracking System) was featured in the 2013 World Disasters Report and a forthcoming UNDP-UNHCR Joint Secretariat publication, 'Collation of Good and Innovative Practices". The system supports our cross-border work and is used by our Turkey, Iraq, and Jordan programs We would like announce that we will be making CTS available under an open source license  while there. (CRS and NRC have expressed interest in using and perhaps contributing to the system.)
